We offer a multi-style approach to yoga āsana that includes Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative and more.

You will be learning about all aspects of yoga with us! From āsana (posture), pranayama (breathwork), meditation to philosophy, anatomy and the history of yoga.

We invite all levels on our trainings but encourage you to get a regular Self practice in preparation for the start of the course.

After successfully completing the yoga teacher training course and passing the exam, you will receive an international certificate that will allow you to register with yoga alliance and teach yoga around the world.

Yes! Our course is accredited with yoga alliance and the certification is recognised worldwide.
