This is a Free trail/taster yoga class offered to all if you are interested or would like to elevate your own practice in joining our Yoga Teacher Training Course.

You will get the opportunity to experience a Yoga Class led by one of our yoga teachers and time for some Q&A where you will be able to ask any questions that you have.

Dee

Cordelia aka Dee is a motivational teacher that strives to bring out the very best in every student. She first fell in love with yoga as a teenager, yoga is a lifestyle for Dee. She’s passionate about sharing her knowledge and giving a deeper understanding of the ancient Indian teachings, enabling students to use them in a modern world.

Jessica
Founder of MPM & Certified Yoga Teacher & Mentor

Middle Path Movement™ was founded by Jessica Noifeld, whilst travelling the world in search of Self Healing tools, for an auto immune disease, that she had been diagnosed with as a child.

Jessica has been teaching and practising yoga in all its forms for several years. She has been traveling the world, studying holistic therapies for over 14 years and Middle Path Movement has been her tool for hosting and curating retreats and yoga teacher training courses worldwide – from wellness retreats in Jamaica to yoga treks to Everest base camp – all her creations focus on the vision of Self Healing, Self Mastery, Facing Fears and finding inner balance, whilst learning from new lands and different cultures.

She is an accredited E-500 RYT and YACEP Qualified Yoga Teacher Trainer, Reiki Master, Pregnancy Yoga Teacher and Thai massage therapist.

Having explored several cultures from a very young age and studied alongside multiple indigenous teachers, she shares her personal experiences of Self-Healing an auto-immune disease whilst travelling the world, in all stems of yoga but finds the most vibrancy in studying and teaching about the philosophy of yoga, which she often speaks about on her podcast - ‘egolution’.

Part of Jessicas personal holistic practice is writing, and this formed her inspiration for the publication of her first book, ‘Egolution-Volume 1-Revolution Starts Within’ a collection of philosophical poems written after the stillness of meditation.

As Jessica’s family is growing, she now curates many of your experiences and trainings from her home in London, still attending retreats and trainings abroad as she can.
