Just a 15-minute train ride from London Bridge, Tula Balance Studio is a bright and beautiful practice space filled with love and light. The studio is housed in a grade II listed building and is surrounded by gardens filled with lovely flowers and well-kept lawns.
We have fused our teams together to bring you a group of educated, diverse and compassionate teachers.

You know we love to travel at Middle Path Movement, but we also know that sometimes that’s not possible. We want everyone to have the opportunity to train with us if they want to, and that is why we have curated a specialised, part time yoga teacher training program in Orpington, designed to fit around your life, so that you can keep up your work/family/home-life commitments and train to become a worldwide recognised yoga teacher simultaneously.
We will of course be diving deep into the physical aspects of yoga; āsana and alignment, breath work and correct classroom adjustment to ensure that our students are aware of the postures in their own bodies and just as importantly, the postures of those around them on this.
We are deeply passionate about the importance of honouring and understanding the roots of yoga and provide our students with deep studies into the history and philosophy of this ancient science. We create open spaces for discussion about views and personal experiences as we feel this is the most beneficial and effective way to way to learn such an inclusive and vast topic.
We will learn to understand the mechanics of the body in a unique and dynamic classroom setting, exploring the anatomy and physiology of the body and how it specifically connects to the movement of yoga with a highly qualified and experienced teacher.
We will be exploring the depths of the world of meditation and mantra, learning skills and techniques for guided meditations and independent practices with this yoga course. You will be studying alongside a variety of knowledgeable and experienced teachers from different learning and teaching backgrounds to allow for diverse lectures and experiences throughout your program.

Middle Path Movement™ was founded by Jessica Noifeld, whilst travelling the world in search of Self Healing tools, for an auto immune disease, that she had been diagnosed with as a child.
Jessica has been teaching and practising yoga in all its forms for several years. She has been traveling the world, studying holistic therapies for over 14 years and Middle Path Movement has been her tool for hosting and curating retreats and yoga teacher training courses worldwide – from wellness retreats in Jamaica to yoga treks to Everest base camp – all her creations focus on the vision of Self Healing, Self Mastery, Facing Fears and finding inner balance, whilst learning from new lands and different cultures.
She is an accredited E-500 RYT and YACEP Qualified Yoga Teacher Trainer, Reiki Master, Pregnancy Yoga Teacher and Thai massage therapist.
Having explored several cultures from a very young age and studied alongside multiple indigenous teachers, she shares her personal experiences of Self-Healing an auto-immune disease whilst travelling the world, in all stems of yoga but finds the most vibrancy in studying and teaching about the philosophy of yoga, which she often speaks about on her podcast - ‘egolution’.
Part of Jessicas personal holistic practice is writing, and this formed her inspiration for the publication of her first book, ‘Egolution-Volume 1-Revolution Starts Within’ a collection of philosophical poems written after the stillness of meditation.
As Jessica’s family is growing, she now curates many of your experiences and trainings from her home in London, still attending retreats and trainings abroad as she can.

Cordelia aka Dee is a motivational teacher that strives to bring out the very best in every student. She first fell in love with yoga as a teenager, yoga is a lifestyle for Dee. She’s passionate about sharing her knowledge and giving a deeper understanding of the ancient Indian teachings, enabling students to use them in a modern world.
Qualifications
Chloe first began yoga as a young mum many years ago and her initial interest was for the physical benefits, but she quickly became hooked on the way yoga made me feel on the inside instead of how she looked on the outside. By changing her lifestyle to incorporate daily yoga, meditation, healthy eating and wellness she’s able to be a better, more present, conscious and joyful person in all areas of her life.
Joely is a Breathwork Facilitator and Somatic Wellbeing Coach, and founder of Breath Evolution, specializing in healing and liberation through the lens of the nervous system. Her work combines movement, breath, body sound, and talking therapeutics, which when woven together create a truly holistic space for people to create lasting change and healing. Her work with the body spans over 10 years ranging from Musical Theatre performance in her early 20s to Personal Training, Yoga Teaching (she's a fellow Middle Path graduate!) and Athletic Training/Physical Therapies for professional and semi-professional athletes and dancers. Her journey with the breath has been deep, and impactful, and is still unravelling each day - her mastery is fluid and ever-evolving. She is a deeply devoted student and teacher and aims to create a collaborative space for everyone. She teaches both functional breathwork, and more impactful journeys for the spirit - all through the watching eye of the nervous system.

Eisha is an experienced Yoga teacher from London, who shares the passion of The Middle Path Movement ethos. Yoga has changed her life in so many ways & she is known for leading spaces that enable community & connection.
She is great at making all aspects of Yoga accessible; teaching various styles including, Ashtanga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, Pregnancy & Post Natal. Her teaching style is influenced by her mission of guiding the Self Discovery of Mind, Body & Spirit.
Eisha is devoted to cultivating, nourishing & nurturing those she serves; she is inspiring, organically sharing her energy & gifts with students to support them on their journey. She will encourage you to step outside of your comfort zone, whilst discovering Self & finding your Middle Path.
With over 3000 hours of teaching experience, including mentoring & leading her own very successful retreats, she is a natural guide. She is keen to support others on their journey & empowering them to become the Yoga teacher they are destined to be.
Eisha is a fun, loving, strong woman. She is committed to her own practice, and thrives in sharing her passions with her son. She is also a wife & dog lover and is very excited to join the teaching tribe, helping to spread Middle Path Movement across the world!
